Tiffany has proudly been with the YMCA for over 7 years serving members of our community.  She has a passion for helping others and leading with heart.  Tiffany currently splits her time between assisting members in our WOW Center and overseeing the Stay & Play department at the Quakertown location.  

Tiffany started her Y journey at the Quakertown branch as a part time Membership Specialist.  She quickly found passion in her role and continues to share the mission of the YMCA.  After a short leave during the pandemic, and welcoming her third child, Tiffany returned to the Y in a new position, serving families in Stay & Play.  She quickly advanced in her role and was offered a full time dual position, which is when she joined the WOW Center team.

Tiffany has a history of over 20 years in the customer service industry.  Prior to her employment with the YMCA, she spent many years behind the chair as a licensed hairstylist.  Her passion in the service industry has driven her to continue to not only assist others, but lead a team of amazing individuals here at the Y.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.  She is a devoted wife and a loving mother to 3 amazing sons.  Her boys not only play baseball for the local community teams and school teams, but also for travel teams. She and her husband can be found cheering them on from the sidelines whether it is somewhere local or anywhere in the country!

Skylar has been coaching at our Y since the fall of 2024 and 2025 she began working with the Xcel Silver team program.  She is a school teacher and yoga instructor in addition to being a gymnastics coach. She is CPR and First Aid certified.

Tyler Ely is a personal trainer serving Fairless Hills and Newtown, specializing in functional strength, resistance training, core development, and mobility. He focuses on helping clients improve performance, prevent injury, and achieve lasting fitness results.

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Suzanne Farragher serves the Doylestown community and is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor with specialty training in yoga, cardio kickboxing, and bootcamp. She is passionate about helping individuals make time for their health and find the energy to stay active, creating motivating and engaging fitness experiences for all levels.

Lenore Fichtel is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor based at the Easton location. She specializes in training women and youth, with a focus on strength, flexibility and weight loss. Lenore also brings more than 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, with clinical expertise in pediatrics and bariatrics, helping members pursue fitness goals with a strong foundation in health and wellness.
