Lisa's YMCA journey has always centered around family. Her mother served as the Youth Program Director at the Nazareth Branch for 28 years, and she began working alongside her in 2001 at summer camp. Over the years, she supported both after-kindergarten and afterschool programs, spending 15 years dedicated to SACC and camp at Nazareth. Her three children also grew up at the Y—first as campers and afterschool participants, and later as volunteers and staff members. In 2015, she played a key role in launching youth programs at the Slate Belt Branch, became Membership Director in 2017, and now proudly serves as the Branch Director.

Allyson has served the YMCA for over 20 years in Upper Bucks County and currently holds the role of Vice President of Operations for the Upper Bucks Region, overseeing the Quakertown branch. She also leads association-wide membership operations, striving to align systems for consistent, high-quality service. Allyson played a key role in the merger and launched the Y’s Call Center in 2020 to enhance member support. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Shippensburg University and maintains her Multi-Team and Branch Leader Certification from Y-USA. Allyson lives locally with her husband and two daughters.

Pam has over 20 years of customer service experience and majored in Management and Marketing. She began as a part-time fitness instructor in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the Y movement and its mission. As a Hunterdon County native, Pam is deeply connected to the community. Her children attended the Child Learning Center in Annandale, NJ, and her whole family enjoys being a part of the Y.

Chloe Ghirardi is a personal trainer based in Fairless Hills who brings fitness into the pool through aquatic training and heart health programs. As a YMCA Healthy Lifestyles Coach, she is dedicated to helping clients improve strength, endurance, and overall wellness in a supportive environment.

Donna Gonzales serves the Slate Belt community and is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through ISSA and NASM. With a background in naturopathic medicine, she takes a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on healing through food and exercise. Donna is passionate about helping individuals reach their goals, build confidence and create sustainable, healthy lifestyles.
