Isaiah Gutierrez serves the Quakertown and Doylestown community and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in fitness. He is also a certified coach in USA Powerlifting (USAPL) and Level 2 USA Weightlifting (USAW). Isaiah specializes in sports performance and corrective exercise, helping clients improve strength, movement quality and overall athletic ability.

Jolene will be coaching Level 4,6,7,8,9, Xcel Silver, Xcel Gold, Xcel Platinum.  She also oversees our class program and will be integral in building the class participants to be ready for the team program.  Jolene was a competitive gymnast for eight years in South Africa.  She began her coaching career in South Africa in 1995 and coached until 2002 when she moved to the United States to be a youth counselor.   She began coaching gymnastics again at the Y in 2018.  She has a master’s degree in counseling and restorative practices.  She is married and has two sons and is happy to share her wisdom with children.  She has attended workshops given by USA Gymnastics for the new compulsory routines and is CPR and first aid certified. 

Kristin is a lifelong Hunterdon County resident and has served the YMCA for over 30 years. As Vice President of Operations for the Hunterdon Region, she collaborates with branch, preschool, and school-age child care teams. Her career includes hands-on experience in camp, family programs, and youth development, and she is a certified trainer in the Darkness to Light child abuse prevention program. Kristin played a key role in the merger of the Bucks and Hunterdon YMCAs, helping align programs and systems. She holds a B.A. in Recreation Management from Davis & Elkins College and lives in Califon with her husband, whom she met at the Y.

Diane Hendler serves the Doylestown community and brings over 12 years of experience in personal training. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in Sports Nutrition, SCW Kettlebell, and Suspension Training. Diane is dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve endurance, and achieve their fitness goals through well rounded and effective training programs.

Tiffany Henning brings over 26 years of dedicated experience to the YMCA, beginning her career at the Allentown Branch in 1998. Throughout her tenure, she has held a variety of leadership roles in aquatics, membership, and program development. After 19 years in Allentown, Tiffany became the Branch Executive Director of the Bethlehem Branch in 2018. She now proudly leads both the Allentown and Bethlehem Branches. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's Degree from DeSales University and remains committed to the YMCA's mission of strengthening community through youth development and healthy living. She resides in the Lehigh Valley with her son, Aiden.

Jesse Hines is a personal trainer serving Fairless Hills and Newtown with experience working under a physical therapist and coaching athletes, general population, youth, and geriatric clients. Jeese is also a Myofascial Release Practitioner with hands-on experience in assisted stretching, mobility, and improving range of motion and flexibility. In addition, Jesse is a strength coach with a focus on performance, accountability, and helping clients consistently reach their goals. 

Sarah Honsel serves the Bethlehem and Nazareth communities and brings a strong academic foundation in exercise science to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, currently continuing her education toward a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Sarah is passionate about helping individuals live a healthy lifestyle, supporting clients with knowledgeable, goal focused guidance every step of the way.

Robin Hrin is a personal trainer serving Newtown and Fairless Hills, combining expertise in personal training, nutrition, and group fitness to help clients achieve balanced, sustainable wellness. She emphasizes education, motivation, and individualized programs tailored to each member’s goals.
