About the RISE Program

This free program includes:

✔️  Participation in the 12-week guided program focused on managing and embracing stress to improve overall well-being

✔️  Weekly in-person sessions at the YMCA combined with a flexible virtual educational component

✔️  Tools and strategies to turn stress into a source of growth, resilience, and confidence

✔️  Focus on self-care, self-compassion, and recovery to build healthier habits for mind and body in a supportive group environment that fosters connection, community, and encouragement

✔️  Free 12-week family YMCA membership and access to Y Wellness 24/7 while enrolled

✔️  Option to continue progress after the program through Stay Well Coaching and ongoing YMCA membership benefits

 

Who qualifies:

✔️  RISE welcomes any adult in the community looking to improve their mental health and stress management skills. Interested candidates must complete an initial set of assessment forms, followed by a consultation to ensure alignment between the program, participant needs and desired goals.

The Impact

RISE is our newest Pathway program launching in the Lower Bucks region at the Fairless Hills branch in September 2025.
