Ashley Deremer is a dedicated personal trainer who specializes in strength training and group fitness. Ashley has consistently and actively been weightlifting for 6 years as well as had a significant weight loss journey and maintained her weight loss for the last 5 years.  She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals in strength and endurance training.  Ashley holds a AAA/ISMA Personal Trainer certification.

Alek Dinesen serves the Doylestown community and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. He is passionate about functional fitness, helping clients improve movement, enhance overall health and build strength that carries into everyday life.

Erin Drake serves the Easton community and brings eight years of experience as a W.I.T.S Certified Personal Trainer. Erin is passionate about making fitness accessible for all ages and empowering individuals to feel their best, both physically and mentally.
