Rob Comins brings a strong foundation of fitness expertise and discipline to the River Crossing YMCA personal training team. A retired U.S. Air Force Physical Training Leader, Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist. His group fitness credentials span Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Silver Sneakers, and he is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Hapkido, Kung Fu, and Tai Chi — reflecting a lifelong commitment to movement and wellness. Rob trains at the Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and Nazareth branches of River Crossing YMCA.

Wayne Degan serves the Lehigh Valley community and brings more than a decade of experience helping individuals reach their fitness goals. He is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Bodybuilding Specialist. Wayne is passionate about using fitness as a powerful tool to overcome life’s challenges, creating supportive, goal focused training experiences that build both physical strength and personal confidence.

Ashley Deremer is a dedicated personal trainer who specializes in strength training and group fitness. Ashley has consistently and actively been weightlifting for 6 years as well as had a significant weight loss journey and maintained her weight loss for the last 5 years.  She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals in strength and endurance training.  Ashley holds a AAA/ISMA Personal Trainer certification.

Ali DeRosa’s YMCA journey began at age 12 as a Y camper. She graduated from Kutztown University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and began her YMCA career as an intern. Since then, Ali has held a variety of leadership roles, with a focus on membership and creating positive experiences for members. She is passionate about providing high-quality service, building meaningful relationships and helping others feel welcomed, valued and connected to the Y. Ali is proud to have spent much of her life as part of the YMCA community, as a camper, employee and leader. She lives in Bucks County with her family and enjoys spending time with them.

Alek Dinesen serves the Doylestown community and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. He is passionate about functional fitness, helping clients improve movement, enhance overall health and build strength that carries into everyday life.

Erin Drake serves the Easton community and brings eight years of experience as a W.I.T.S Certified Personal Trainer. She is also certified in Functional Training for Older Adults, with a strong focus on helping clients build strength and confidence through purposeful training. Erin is passionate about making fitness accessible for all ages and empowering individuals to feel their best, both physically and mentally.
