Cathy Manning serves the Doylestown community and brings more than 40 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is AAAI/ISMA certified in personal training, group fitness, older adult fitness, aqua instruction, and sports nutrition. Cathy is also a SilverSneakers and THRIVE Cancer Wellness Lead Trainer. A former college lacrosse champion and lifelong sports enthusiast, she is passionate about helping individuals of all ages stay active, strong, and engaged in their wellness journey.

Nicole Martorella serves the Doylestown and Warminster communities and holds a Master’s in Exercise Science. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and NASE Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist. With a background in developing exercise and nutrition programs in mental health and substance abuse settings, Nicole takes a thoughtful, holistic approach to wellness. She is passionate about empowering others to build a positive relationship with exercise, and to support overall well being of the body, mind and soul.

Rebekah Massey has been dancing since the age of three.  She studied under Eileen Mahoney Coombs, at Eileen’s Academy of Dance.  She danced for six years at Sesame Place, where she traveled in the United States and performed as the character Bert.  She continued her love of dance at Moravian College where she pursued a bachelor of arts in Psychology and certification in Elementary Education.  While attending Moravian, she participated in the MC Dancers and was President of the organization her senior year.  After graduating and moving to Doylestown, Rebekah taught second grade in the Upper Dublin School District and taught dance at local dance studios.  She has been teaching dance at the YMCA for eight years and loves being an active member of her community, where she lives with her husband and six children. 

Kristen has been with the YMCA since 2014. Her YMCA story started as a parent when her son attended childcare at our Forks Education Center. Kristen loved the welcoming and family atmosphere that the YMCA has to offer. When she noticed that there was a position available in the center she happily applied.
 

Kristen started in a part time position working in the kitchen at our Forks Education Center. Her love of helping others, the YMCA’s mission, dedication, and learning new things took her too many different opportunities within the YMCA. Some different roles Kristen has had within the YMCA are billing registrar, maintenance manager, kitchen manger, assistant childcare director, overseeing the scholarship program, WOW center, and more. Kristen has also been involved in many different committees the YMCA has to offer including staff satisfaction, fundraising, PTA, Gala, overseeing collections for those in need, community events, and more. Kristen really enjoys getting to know our members, taking time to make sure they are heard, and assisting in any way needed. When Kristen worked in the branch our families knew she always had an open door policy and they were welcome to come in for a chat at any time. One of Kristen’s all-time favorites is collecting food and gifts for those in need during the holidays.
 

Kristen resides in Nazareth PA with her husband, her son Logan, 2 dogs, and a turtle. Outside of work hours Kristen enjoys spending time with her family. Most days are spent on a field or court watching her son play sports.

Travis McCarter serves the Deer Path, Bethlehem, and Allentown communities as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for strength training, performance, and sustainable fitness. Drawing inspiration from powerlifting and functional training principles, he helps members improve strength, endurance, and overall confidence in and outside of the gym.

April McCaughey has 10 years of service at the YMCA, she brings a deep commitment to the organization’s mission of strengthening communities. She began her journey with the Fairless Hills Y in a part-time membership role and quickly developed a passion for helping members feel welcomed, supported, and connected.
 

For the past six years, she has been an integral part of the WOW Center (Call Center), where she continues to provide exceptional service and support to members across the association. Over time, her dedication to the YMCA’s mission inspired her to pursue opportunities to serve the community in a more full-time capacity.
 

She also brings more than 24 years of high-end customer service experience, along with a background in self-marketing, promotion, and networking since 2013. In addition, she has been a licensed esthetician since 2005, which further reflects her commitment to helping others feel their best.
 

She lives in Lower Bucks County with her husband and their dog. Now empty nesters, they enjoy cheering on their son and daughter as they build lives of their own. She truly enjoys connecting with members and finds fulfillment in helping support and strengthen the community the YMCA serves.
