Caitlyn is a former Y gymnast for twelve years, joining our coaching staff in 2018. In addition to coaching at the Y she coached at Centre Elite Gymnastics while she was in college. She is a Penn State University graduate with a degree in BioBehavioral Health and is currently working on her masters degree at Lehigh University.  In the spring of 2025 she took over the role of Head Coach.   She is CPR,  First Aid certified, Safesport, Youth Mental Health First Aid USA Certified.

Lisa Rogers is a personal trainer serving Fairless Hills and Newtown who specializes in functional training, cycling, and group fitness for all ages. She combines TRX, cycling, and Silver Sneakers programming to help clients improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

Lisa Schwartzer brings energy, experience and inspiration to the Doylestown community. She is TRX, group exercise and THRIVE certified, and also holds an ACE Health Coach certification. As a breast cancer survivor, Lisa is passionate about helping others build strength, resilience and confidence through movement and supportive wellness programming.

Holly Shenk serves the Doylestown and Warminster communities and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, as well as a 200 and 300 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She is also a YMCA HeartStrong Trainer and an endurance athlete, competing in triathlon and running events as a member of USA Triathlon. Holly is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve endurance and support overall wellness through a balanced and personalized approach to fitness.

Aubrey is a former level 7 YMCA team gymnast for five years. She joined our Y staff team in the fall of 2024. Aubrey also was a previous competitive cheerleader and dancer for many years. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science Degree from East Stroudsburg University. She is CPR and First Aid certified.
