Megan McCuen is a dedicated fitness professional serving the Quakertown community with a passion for helping members of all ages build strength, confidence and healthy habits. She holds an AFAA Personal Trainer Certification and is an AAAI Kids and Teen Fitness Instructor, allowing her to support youth in developing safe, age appropriate fitness skills.

Megan is also SilverSneakers® certified in MSROM, Cardio Circuit and Splash, bringing specialized expertise in muscular strength, range of motion, cardio conditioning and aquatic fitness for active older adults. Her welcoming approach and commitment to individualized support help members feel comfortable, capable and motivated at every stage of their wellness journey.

Enid McDonough serves the Doylestown and Warminster communities with a personalized and encouraging approach to wellness. She is an ACTION Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach who specializes in weight loss and individualized fitness journeys. Enid is passionate about empowering clients to celebrate daily progress and build sustainable habits that support long-term health and confidence.

Amy McGahran serves the Doylestown community and brings more than 20 years of experience working with active older adults. She holds advanced certifications in personal training, mat Pilates, BODYPUMP, spinning, and SilverSneakers. Amy is committed to helping clients stay strong, mobile and healthy through safe, effective and engaging fitness programs.

Crystal Messer began her YMCA career in 2007 as Assistant Childcare Director at the Bethlehem YMCA. She has held various leadership roles across the Greater Valley YMCA, including Branch Director and VP of Childcare. Crystal has been instrumental in expanding youth development programs, including Pre-K Counts and Infant Toddler Contracted Slots, to improve early childhood education. She holds a degree in Elementary Education with a math concentration from York College of Pennsylvania. Originally from New Jersey, Crystal has lived in the Lehigh Valley since 2007 with her husband and two sons.

Bethany is a former competitive club gymnast at Silvia's Gymnastics who earned an Athletic Scholarship to the University of Bridgeport for their Division 2 gymnastics program. She was a beam specialist who was part of the 2014 team who won UB's sixth consecutive USAG National Gymnastics Title. At UB, she also received her bachelors in health science and went on to graduate school at Drexel University to earn a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition. Throughout undergrad and grad school, she was a gymnastics coach at various gyms in CT, as well as Liberty Bell Athletics (formerly Montco Gym) in Montgomery County, PA. During her time at Liberty Bell, she was the head coach of the level 6-7 gymnastics team. Bethany began coaching at YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties in January of 2021. Bethany is currently a registered dietitian. 

Anthony Mokhon serves the Doylestown community and is a NASM Certified Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With a background in martial arts and weightlifting, he brings a well rounded approach to fitness. Anthony is passionate about helping clients succeed, building strength, confidence and lasting results through personalized training.

After growing up at the Doylestown YMCA through youth and teen programs, Maddy Moore began her Y career as a camp counselor. Her passion for youth development and the Y mission led her to become Director of Sports and Teens at the Doylestown Y. She now proudly serves as Branch Executive of the Warminster YMCA.

Maddy holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Springfield College and a BA in English from West Chester University, where she played on the Women’s Volleyball Team. She resides in Doylestown, PA and is excited to continue growing her career at the YMCA.
