Where learning, friendship, and fun come together, our Before and After School Program for Whitehall-Coplay School District families at Gockley Elementary provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can thrive each day. Students enjoy healthy snacks, dedicated homework time, and meaningful connections with friends and caring staff. Through hands on activities like STEM exploration, creative arts, fitness, and collaborative play, children build confidence, curiosity, and essential life skills. Aligned with Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards, the program supports growth in literacy, science, math and problem solving, arts, social competence, fitness and nutrition, and technology, creating a dynamic space that sparks imagination, encourages discovery, and supports every child’s development.

Program Offerings
Before & After School Care
Before and after school care provided on site at the school and includes youth programs, healthy snacks, homework time and physical activity. 7 AM to start of school and end of school day to 6PM.
All-Inclusive Care
All-Inclusive Care covers before and after school, half days, and most full days off for one monthly price.
Day Off School Camp
Kids enjoy a fun day of traditional camp activities including art, music, sports, games and swimming during a scheduled day off from school.
2026/2027 Monthly Rates
We offer convenient monthly rates for before and after school child care, providing quality care at an affordable cost for your family. Financial Assistance is available.

About the Curriculum
The curriculum follows Creative Curriculum Early Learning Standards and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) supporting growth and development of youth in seven key learning areas: Literacy, Science, Math/Problem Solving, Arts, Social Competence, Fitness/Nutrition, and Technology. This curriculum supports a unique learning environment that stimulates a child's curiosity while reinforcing essential academic standards.
