Marissa was a previous Upper Bucks YMCA gymnast for 6 years. She began her coaching career in 2015. She has a Occupational Therapy Assistant, with a specialty in Brain Injury Rehab. In addition to coaching, she works for a chiropractor part time.

Tori Ward is a personal trainer serving Fairless Hills and Newtown who focuses on strength and resistance training. A former athlete and soccer coach, she helps clients of all ages build healthier lifestyles through tailored workouts and ongoing support.

Abbie has been coaching with the Y since the summer of 2021. She was a previous Level 6 gymnast for YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties. She has attended workshops given by USA Gymnastics for the new compulsory routines, and she is CPR and First Aid certified.

Jade began her coaching career in 1988.  She has taught gymnastics at Future Stars Gymnastics, Miss Cindy’s School of Dance, Tumble with Denise, Flipps in Hewitt, Texas, and Power and Grace Gymnastics.  She began coaching for the Y in the spring of 2017.  She has her USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, USA Gymnastics Professional Membership, USAG Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction, USAG Safesport certification, she has attended workshops given by USA Gymnastics for the new compulsory routines, and is first aid and CPR certified.  Jade will also assist with choreographing Xcel routines.  She has a math degree from Baylor University and her teaching certificate from Kutztown University. 

Andrew has served the Y since summer, 2008 when he began as a sports intern in the Central Bucks Region. At the Doylestown branch, he was quickly hired and worked his way up through leadership positions serving youth and adult sports leagues and programs. In 2022, he transitioned to the Lower Region as Vice President of Operations. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Delaware Valley University.

Matthew Zdepski serves the Doylestown community as an ISSA Elite Trainer. He believes each client's journey begins by understanding their personal "why" and building a coaching relationship founded on trust and accountability. His coaching philosophy emphasizes individualized training programs that are both effective and enjoyable, while helping clients build confidence, move well, and develop lifelong healthy habits. Outside of the gym, Matthew enjoys running along the Delaware Canal Towpath, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Certifications: ISSA Elite Trainer: Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Bodybuilding Specialist, and Tactical Conditioning Specialist
