Holly Shenk serves the Doylestown and Warminster communities and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, as well as a 200 and 300 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She is also a YMCA HeartStrong Trainer and an endurance athlete, competing in triathlon and running events as a member of USA Triathlon. Holly is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve endurance and support overall wellness through a balanced and personalized approach to fitness.

Aubrey is a former level 7 YMCA team gymnast for five years. She joined our Y staff team in the fall of 2024. Aubrey also was a previous competitive cheerleader and dancer for many years. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science Degree from East Stroudsburg University. She is CPR and First Aid certified.

ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Nutrition Coach specializing in personalized one-on-one training for all ages and fitness levels. Samantha brings the energy and motivation of group fitness into individualized workouts focused on building strength, improving fitness, and reaching each client’s unique goals. Samantha's approach combines effective training, accountability, and nutrition guidance to help clients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.
 

Maria Sullivan serves as the WOW Center Director of Operations at the River Crossing YMCA, bringing dedication, warmth, and nearly two decades of service to the community.

Maria began her YMCA journey in 2008 in the Childcare Program as a part‑time teacher’s aide, occasionally supporting the babysitting program when needed. During these early years, she built strong, lasting connections with children and families—relationships that shaped her passion for service. In 2010, she transitioned into a full‑time Membership role, where her compassion for members, families, and the broader community continued to grow. She has always valued the meaningful conversations shared with members over the years.

When the Call Center launched in 2020, Maria joined the team as one of the first points of contact for members, guests, and prospective members. Whether answering phone calls or responding through webchat, she enjoyed helping people discover the wide variety of programs the YMCA offers for all ages.

In 2025, the Call Center was rebranded as the WOW Center, marking a new chapter of enhanced service and support. Maria embraced this evolution wholeheartedly. She finds it deeply rewarding to lead a team that efficiently delivers on member needs and requests, and she takes great pride in supporting all branches across the association.

Maria earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management in the Philippines, a foundation that strengthened her commitment to hospitality and service. She is a proud mother of two young adult sons and a young daughter.
