Anthony Bowers is a committed personal trainer from Fairless Hills who focuses on strength training and helping members enhance their overall quality of life. An endurance athlete and Spartan Race competitor, Anthony brings determination and experience to every session, inspiring clients to reach their fitness goals.

Andrea Brown is an experienced personal trainer based in Fairless Hills and Newtown, leading the YMCA’s personal training programs across the association. She specializes in functional training and group fitness, helping clients of all levels achieve their goals through tailored workouts and expert guidance.

Certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Functional Training Specialty Certification

Gymnastics Bio: 

Janine oversees the Infinity Gymnastics team program and will be coaching Level 4,6,7, 8,9, Xcel Gold and Platinum. She began her gymnastics coaching career with the Upper Bucks YMCA in 1985.  2025-2026 will be her 40th season coaching gymnastics.  Prior to that time she was a Parkettes Gymnastics Team Member for eight years.  She competed in college gymnastics for two years at the University of Bridgeport. She was gymnastics camp director for Northern Lights Gymnastics Summer Camp at Dartmouth College, NH, for four years, and was a team coach at Watkins Gymnastics in West Chester, PA.  In 1997, she became the head coach of the Upper Bucks Y gymnastics team and, in 1999, became the Gymnastics Coordinator.  In 2007, she accepted the Gymnastics Director position.  Janine has her USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, USA Gymnastics Professional Membership, USAG Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction, USAG Safesport certification, Y Gymnastics Instructor certification, Darkness to Light certified, Youth Mental Health Certification, has attended workshops given by USA Gymnastics for the new compulsory routines, and is CPR and first aid certified.  In addition to coaching she has been choreographing routines for 30+years and will  be responsible for composing and choreographing most optional level routines.  Janine is the President of the Eastern PA YMCA Girls Gymnastics League and Secretary of PA YMCA Girls Gymnastics.  She graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  

Melissa Brown brings over 30 years of YMCA experience in the Lehigh Valley, known for building strong community partnerships and leading cross-functional teams with clear communication and purpose. As the Praesidium Guardian for the region, she plays a key role in upholding safety and accountability through risk management. Melissa actively volunteers and serves on several community committees, reflecting her deep commitment to service. She balances her professional dedication with a love of music and values time spent with her children. Her positive spirit and passion for community make her a respected leader and advocate for the YMCA’s mission.

Elle Buechel is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with over six years of experience in the fitness industry. She specializes in strength training and body recomposition, while emphasizing mobility and functional movement. Elle is passionate about guiding individuals to achieve their personal fitness goals through tailored, results driven programs.

Angela, a former EPYGGL competitive gymnast, believes in the Y's core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. For more than 12 years, she has coached gymnasts ranging from levels 3 to 9 and Xcel Silver to Diamond. She has her PR certification,USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, USA Gymnastics Professional Membership, USAG Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction, and Safesport certification. She has attended workshops for the USAG compulsory routines.
