As a lifeguard, Ella’s day starts by opening the pool deck and completing safety checks to make sure everything is ready for members. From there, she rotates to the fitness center, where she connects with members, keeps equipment organized, and helps create a clean, welcoming space for everyone.

Throughout the day, Ella helps prepare the pool for programs and classes, opening lanes and making sure members have a safe, positive experience while they exercise. When programming wraps up, she finishes behind-the-scenes tasks like maintaining pool equipment before taking a well-earned break.
