Members and the community are asked to note the following association-wide holiday closures, limited openings and days when paid classes will not be held.
- September 1, 2025, Labor Day - BRANCHES CLOSED
- October 31, Halloween - no paid classes after 4PM
- November 28, 2025, Thanksgiving Day - BRANCHES CLOSED
- November 29, 2025, Friday after Thanksgiving - no paid classes
- December 24, Christmas Eve
- Branches open at regular time, closing at 1:00 PM
- Stay & Play closed for entire day
- Metro Esports Lounges closed
- December 25, 2025, Christmas Day - BRANCHES CLOSED
- December 24, 2025 - January 1, 2026, Winter break - no paid classes
- December 31, 2025, New Year's Eve
- Branches open, closing at 1:00PM
