Adult Pathways

Adult pathways for Spring run September 14 to December 4, 2026

Healthy Lifestyles

A supportive program focused on building healthy habits through fitness, education and accountability in a small group setting.
Locations: Deer Path, Doylestown, Easton, Fairless Hills, Nazareth, Quakertown

RISE 

A strength and empowerment program that helps participants build confidence, resilience and overall wellness.
Locations: Bethlehem, Deer Path, Fairless Hills

THRIVE Cancer Wellness

A 12-week program to support cancer survivors with an evidence-based cancer survivorship program. Focusing on recovering strength, endurance and an overall sense of well-being. 
Locations:  Allentown, Deer Path,  Doylestown, Easton, Fairless Hills, Nazareth, Quakertown

VETERANS Wellness

A free, 12-week program dedicated to our veterans and their families, designed to nurture health, wellness and connection while providing a support network.
Locations: Bethlehem, Deer Path, Doylestown, Fairless Hills, Nazareth, Quakertow

Youth and Teen Pathways

Youth and Teen pathways run September 14 to October 23, 2026

Empower U

A free, 6-week wellness program for teen girls age 12-15, designed to strengthen self-esteem, positive relationships and overall health
Locations: Bethlehem, Deer Path, Doylestown, Fairless Hills, Quakertown

Stand Up

Stand Up is a 6-week hybrid program designed for young men (age 12-15) to enhance their self-image through physical activity, healthy relationships, and confidence-building.
Locations: Bethlehem, Deer Path, Doylestown, Fairless Hills, Quakertown

We All Wheel

A staff-led, recreational youth wheelchair basketball program that includes drills, practice and games; where every child can play with friends.
