For Stephon Garcia, the YMCA has always been part of life—“Let’s go to the Y” was something he heard often growing up. After moving from Florida to Bethlehem, Stephon brought that same passion for community to his role as a YMCA lifeguard. His top priority is keeping everyone safe in and around the water, but what he loves most is seeing people of all ages enjoying the Y together. For Stephon, it’s about more than a job—it’s about the people who make the Y feel like home.
