Free family events for our Family 1 and Family 2 Membership on most Fridays on a rotating basis at our branches.
YMCA Stay & Play offers free child care for kids 3 months to 6th grade, included with adult and family memberships. While you work out, swim, or learn, your kids stay safe and engaged.
Parents Night Out (PNO) events provide fun activities for kids while you enjoy time away. Reservations for Stay & Play and Sitter Service must be made in person.

Active Older Adults + Seniors
All group exercise classes offered at our branches are open to seniors of all ages. Active older adults may also opt to try low impact and Silver Sneaker designation programs.
We partner with SilverSneakers and additional partners at all of our member branches in Pennsylvania.
YMCA members enjoy free access to lap and recreational swimming, with pool time scheduled around programs and open swim sessions. Dive in and make the most of your membership!
Senior Community Hubs serve as a gathering space that connects older adults to resources that can increase their quality of life. Suburban Hubs are located at our Slate Belt (Pen Argyl) and Bethlehem branches.
Active Older Adults and all members are invited to join us in the game room for various games. Open Tuesday 12- 3:30 PM and Friday 12- 3:30 PM at our Deer Path branch in Flemington, NJ.
