Welcome Guests of River Crossing YMCA. We’re excited to welcome you to the Y! Whether you’re visiting with a friend or exploring our facilities for the first time, guests are an important part of our community. At River Crossing YMCA, you’ll find spaces to work out, connect, and discover programs for all interests and ages. Learn about our guest policies, check-in process, and how to make the most of your visit below.
What to Expect
Guests are always welcome at the Y, whether visiting on their own or with a member. Explore our facilities, join a program, and experience our community. Most areas, including gyms and pools, follow daily schedules and are available to guests during open recreation times.
What is available to guests:

Guest Fees and Check-in Process
One-Day Guest Fees

| 6–27 | $10 |
| 28–64 | $15 |
| 65+ | $7 |
Guest Waiver & Policies
All guests must complete a guest waiver on their first visit.
For Guests Age 18 and Older:
- At check-in, the Y will confirm a signed waiver and valid Raptor check are on file.
- First-time guests will have their photo taken.
- Guests are added as non-members in the system, with “Raptor Checked,” “Waiver Signed,” and photo noted on their account for future visits.
- Please allow up to 15 minutes for this process.
For Guests Age 17 and Under:
- A parent or legal guardian must sign the guest waiver in person at the first visit.
- Any previous waivers signed on inactive accounts are no longer valid; a new waiver must be signed as a guest.
- Once signed, the waiver status will be recorded for future visits.
