Learn practical ways to improve strength, balance, and reaction time and help reduce the risk of falls. This beginner-friendly workshop will incorporate ankle, knee, and hip exercises, with a sturdy chair available for support.

Get into the holiday spirit with Senior Connect! Join us for a fun, hands on holiday crafting workshop where you’ll create a festive decoration to take home or share with someone special. Enjoy creativity, laughter, and great conversation while connecting with friends and fellow members. No crafting experience needed! All supplies provided.
