October 23, 12-1PM | Nutrition for Healthy Aging Presented by Kate Yarrow, Community Nutritionist | Learn how nutrition can support healthy aging through a brief presentation followed by group discussion. Kate will discuss nutritional needs as we age, including bone health, maintaining and building muscle, the benefits of fiber, and nutrients that may become more important over time. Participants will also explore common barriers to healthy eating and practical strategies for building healthier habits.
