3v3 Adult Basketball Tournament
The madness is back. Join us at the Deer Path YMCA for our 2026 March Madness 3v3 Tournament. This two day event takes place Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29 and will be filled with fun, competitive half court 3v3 basketball. Teams will be assigned the names and colors of college teams heading to the big dance this year. Registration includes referees, scorekeepers, stats and refreshments. Step onto the court and see who rises to the top.
Tournament Details
Date: Saturday, March 28
Time: Teams should arrive by 3:15 pm, games begin at 3:30 pm
Location: Deer Path YMCA gym
Pricing: Members $30 per player, Non Members $45 per player
Team Requirements
Team Composition: 3 to 5 players per team
Age Group: 18 and older
Skill Level: Open to beginner, intermediate and advanced players
Tournament Format
Bracket Style:
Saturday: Teams will compete in a round robin format to determine record and Sunday seeding
Sunday: Single elimination tournament in a knockout format
Game Rules:
Game Duration: One 10 minute period or first team to reach 21 points and lead by at least 2 points, whichever comes first
Scoring:
2 point field goals, 2 points
3 point field goals, 3 points
Free throws, 1 point
Possession: Determined by coin toss
Substitutions: Allowed during stoppages in play
Fouls: Team fouls will be tracked. After the seventh team foul, the opposing team will receive free throws.
