YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties is proud to announce the Athletes of the Month for February 2023.
Athletes of the Month are selected monthly for each branch as a way of recognizing young athletes who exemplify the Y core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

Ava, age 17 Martial Arts Ava is a first degree black belt who’s been a part of our program for years. She volunteers in all of the younger classes as well and has worked with many of our abilities students. She is a compassionate student AND teacher who is very deserving of the Athlete of the Month. |

Carson, Evan, Gavin, & Thomas Ages, 4-6 Tennis The tennis program is up and running with so much excitement and fun for all who have joined! Carson, Evan, Gavin, and Thomas have made tremendous contributions to make this new class a success. Their energy, enthusiasm, and overall great listening skills have laid the base for those to admire in our program moving forward! These kids are truly great representations of our mission at the YMCA! |

Ellie Schuster Ages, 6 Level 4/ Stroke Introduction, Gymnastics Level 1, Basketball Ellie is in our Y everyday. Whether she is taking swimming class, playing basketball, learning new gymnastics moves, or watching her brother in swim team, Ellie comes with a smile on her face and is ready to tackle any challenge in front of her! |

Porter , age 7 Basketball Porter recently joined our Thursday night basketball class to improve his skills and share his love for the game. He is always excited to come to class and has a positive attitude. He demonstrates what it means to be a good teammate and be kind to others! |
