Thank you for your interest in our Growing up Wild Child Care Summer Program! So we can best respond to your interest, please complete the following form. Please submit one form per child.
Important to note, this inquiry form does not mean you are registered for the program. This inquiry form is to communicate your interest with a leader of our program. Your director will contact you within 24-48 hours of your interest. Below is what you can expect after completing this form:
- After completing the inquiry form, you will hear from a director.
- After your inquiry form is reviewed between you and your director, and a spot is confirmed, your final step will be to add a payment method (if needed) and complete our registration packet, as required by licensing.
- Note: All up-to-date information can always be found on our Growing Up Wild webpage including parents FAQ, family handbook, etc. Your child cannot start in care without a proper billing method on file and a completed registration packet.
