Join RISE, a 12-week program focused on managing stress and enhancing well-being through self-care, self-compassion, and the support of a caring community. Learn to thrive—mind, body, and spirit.

This free program includes:

✔️  Participation in the 12-week guided program focused on managing and embracing stress to improve overall well-being

✔️  Weekly in-person sessions at the YMCA combined with a flexible virtual educational component

✔️  Tools and strategies to turn stress into a source of growth, resilience, and confidence

✔️  Focus on self-care, self-compassion, and recovery to build healthier habits for mind and body in a supportive group environment that fosters connection, community, and encouragement

✔️  Free 12-week family YMCA membership and access to Y Wellness 24/7 while enrolled

✔️  Option to continue progress after the program through Stay Well Coaching and ongoing YMCA membership benefits
