What is Facility Access Mode?

Facility Access Mode is a temporary operating status used during inclement weather, storms, or other situations that impact normal branch operations. It allows members to safely access essential areas of the facility while pausing group activities and programs until conditions improve.

During Facility Access Only Mode, the following areas and services remain open:

• Welcome Center/Lobby

• Locker Rooms

• Fitness Center

• Gymnasium

• Pools

• Personal training and private swim lessons (if both staff and members can safely access the branch)

The following services and programs are not available during this mode:

• Stay & Play

• Land and aquatic group exercise classes

• Group programs and classes

• Free or fee-based programs

• Group events
