UnBreakable: Strengthen Your Core, Fortify Your Spine
Most of us spend our days sitting — at desks, in cars, on couches — and it’s taking a toll on our backs. Join Holly Shenk, NASM CPT & 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher for an interactive Spine & Core Strength workshop. This hands-on experience is designed to teach you how to build a more resilient core and a healthier, more supported spine. Whether you’re dealing with stiffness, chronic discomfort or simply looking to lift heavier, this session will help you build strength where it matters the most - your core. Through guided movement, posture training, and real-time feedback, you’ll learn practical techniques to reduce back pain, prevent injury, and build core & spinal strength.
