Open House InBody Scan Days

Join us for Open House InBody Days at River Crossing YMCA. On select dates and times from February 16 through February 28, 2026, members are invited to stop in for a quick InBody body composition scan paired with a brief consultation from a fitness professional.

This is a great opportunity to better understand your body composition, track progress and learn how our fitness and personal training services can support your goals.

What Is an InBody Scan?

  • An InBody scan provides a detailed look at your body composition, including muscle mass, body fat and water distribution. During Open House InBody Days, scans are offered as quick drop in appointments with a short explanation of results.
  • Appointments are approximately 10 minutes. Members are encouraged to download the free InBody app ahead of time for a deeper review of results and ongoing tracking.

Who Can Participate?

  • Open House InBody Days are offered exclusively to River Crossing YMCA members.
    Teen members must be at least 15 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Non members may participate by paying $40 or by joining the Y.
  • Only one InBody scan per person is permitted during this event. There is no required waiting period if you have had a previous scan.

Registration

  • No registration is required. Simply drop in during the designated dates and times listed below.
  • Participants will be asked to provide their name, phone number, email address and home branch for tracking purposes.

Preparing for Your Scan

For the most accurate results, participants must follow the InBody preparation steps. These guidelines will be included on printed flyers at each branch and shared in promotional materials.

If preparation steps are not followed, participants may be asked to attend a future Open House InBody Day or submit an inquiry to schedule an appointment at a later date.

Why We Are Offering Open House InBody Days

These events are designed to provide added value to membership, increase awareness of our InBody body composition analysis services and introduce members to our personal training offerings.

During your visit, you can also learn more about personal training and our New Client Promotion, which includes three 45 minute training sessions. Branches will have fitness training flyers available with pricing information.

Special Promotion

The New Client 3, 6, 9 personal training promotion will be available for purchase by any new training client through Friday, March 6, 2026.
