Healthy Lifestyles Program Launch

The Healthy Lifestyles Program is a chronic disease prevention initiative to improve health, wellness, and physical composition. It focuses on personalized exercise, nutritional education, social connection, and behavior changes to prevent chronic diseases like hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, and strokes.
HLP is a 12-week program that connects weekly for one hour each. One day is classroom-based and the second is exercise-based. Then, providing ongoing support, 1X/month every other month for 6 months.
